All members of 100 Warmland Women have an opportunity to nominate a registered charity/non-profit located in the Cowichan Valley ( Saltair to Mill Bay and all Communities in between including Lake Cowichan) , to receive the entire 100 Warmland Women membership donation should they receive the majority vote.
Simply fill out this form and submit it 10 or more days before the next meeting, and as long as you are a 100 Warmland Women member*, your Registered Charity Nomination Form will be active.
Forms submitted less than 10 days before the next meeting will become active at the next quarterly meeting.
